Occupancy Agreement

Selected residents review house expectations and sign an occupancy agreement.
Move-In
Once documentation and fees are completed, move-in is scheduled.

Simple, Transparent Pricing
Shared rooms start at $650 per month and vary depending on room size and layout. Private rooms may be available based on property configuration and are priced accordingly.
All monthly pricing includes: ✔️ Utilities ✔️ Wi-Fi ✔️ Access to shared common areas ✔️ Structured housing environment
Income verification is required. A non-refundable community move-in fee is required prior to occupancy. No hidden fees.
Next Chapter Living Housing LLC provides independent shared housing only.
Important Notice
We do not provide medical care, supervision, personal assistance, or case management services.
Residents must be capable of managing their own daily living needs, medications, transportation, meals, and personal responsibilities.

House Guidelines
To maintain a safe and respectful environment, all residents agree to basic house guidelines, including:
Quiet hours during late evening and overnight
Shared responsibility for cleanliness in common areas

Guest policies must be followed
No illegal activity on the property
Full house rules are provided and reviewed prior to move-in.
